Attendee proceeds and the sale of merchandise at the Roots Mercantile Tent help offset some of the expense, but cannot support the festival alone. That is why we’re asking you to help us with your donation. To assure proper sponsorship recognition, we prefer to confirm any donations by August 1, 2025.

$1000 and up * Web site listing, T-shirts listing, listing on any flyers / promo material for festival, Stage Signage, Priority Public address announcements, 8 sponsor armbands and 2 sponsor Back Stage badges for the weekend.
